Conscious Producing
As an active member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) my intention is to attract opportunities that utilize my Creative and Tactical Producer skills to tell visual stories that empower individuals to live authentically. My producing experience ranges from Negotiating and Signing Award Winning Actors, to Creating Accurate & Workable Budgets, to Motivating Crews to execute, to delivering Shows on Time and Under Budget. My filmmaking and business experience gives me the unique ability to manage the creative and business aspects of projects. I strive to create balance on the set by providing healthy food, sustainable products and processes, team work, celebrating crew (their successes and mistakes) and setting realistic, workable expectations. My belief is that if you communicate a clear vision for the team you work with it empowers them to find their own answers instead of relying on forced instructions. Organization, thorough preparation, dedication and a sense of humor are paramount to building team trust and respect which is a critical skill for a producer.
My passion for the environment lead me to be a key participant in implementation the NYC Mayors Office Initiative, NYC Film Green which provides a Green Seal for Film and TV productions that use sustainable practices when creating their shows. In addition, I co-created an Inter-guild Event called Reel Women Network to bring women together for the purpose of hiring and mentoring each other. I also guest lecture at NYU Film School and the Made In New York Production Assistant Training Program which provides unemployed and low-income New York City residents with training and placement into entry-level positions in film and television production.

budget services
To ensure creative success of any project you need a roadmap that the team can follow. My unique approach to budgeting scripted projects consistently secures Financing, Approval of Union Contracts and Completion Bonds. Collaborating with the Key Creatives (Producers/Director) on their individual vision and skill sets enables me to provide an accurate budget that can be read by investors, bond companies and creatives. From there we work together as a team to lock a workable budget that will produce the best possible product on time and on budget. I have created a Scripted Budgeting Seminar called “The Art of Film Budgeting” to give producers the tools to budget their Film projects.
reel women Network
I have Co-Created a Woman Only Inter-Guild Networking Event to connect women in Film, Television and Media for the purpose of hiring each other. Women need to meet more working women in order to hire them on productions and raise the number of women working behind the scenes in our industry. Connecting our guilds gives us power to make progress more quickly, and doing so over great food, drink and networking makes for an impactful and enjoyable evening.
Our event has successfully connected women of the Producers Guild (PGA), Directors Guild (DGA), Writers Guild (WGA), Cinematographers Guild (Local 600), IATSE Local 52) and Editors Guild (Local 700).

As a Creative, Tactical Producer and a Directors Guild Unit Production Manager I provide Budgets, Prep, Production and Wrap services before, during and after the production process. My process includes defining workflows that are in alignment with the creative and the budget requirements that are directly communicated with cast and crew so that everyone operates as a team.

My commitment of giving back to the community of professionals I work with has lead me to Chair of the Green Committee for the Producers Guild of America. During my service I have Produced and Directed Videos to promote sustainable film and television production practices, in addition to writing articles for our trade magazine "Produced By" and speaking on several panels.
